About the Photographer Ben Pancoast

Ben has been a professional  photographer for nearly 15 years and has been blessed to shoot everything from weddings and family portraits to concerts, real estate, corporate conventions and events. Ben enjoys traveling for his work and is constantly on the move for a wide variety of clients.

Ben has a BA in Photography from Columbia where he focused primarily on his first love of photojournalism. While his photojournalistic roots play a strong role in how he captures weddings and portraits. Ben is also adept at working quickly with groups and offering helpful suggestions to keep the day moving or make sure a moment is captured beautifully.

When he isn’t shooting or traveling for work Ben can be found glued to his computer editing images or playing with his kids who love going for long walks to the park and hanging out at the beach! Of course if you can’t find him he has probably snuck off to go fishing or for a bike ride.

    Alissa Mayer - Hello Ben,

John Hopkins Photography recommended you to me. I am getting married August 3, 2014 at Fernwood Botanical Garden, in Niles MI.

I had a photographer booked but had to fire them due to their inexperience and thus horrible engagement photos.

Are you available to shoot our wedding?

    Thank you,
    Alissa Mayer

Greg Winnell - Good afternoon – My daughter (Taylor) is preparing for an iTunes release of her debut singles. I need to have an album cover shot and would like to know if you are interested and if so, some price ranges. We are open to some suggestions, but requirements are that it showcase her. Could be with her and guitar with a barn as background. The songs are of a country nature. I can be reached via email or phone if you would like more information: 269.338.1855.
